I have the collar loose but it seems to be stuck in the little gears

I recall there being a set screw of some sort on this. I had the brake system fully disassembled too and any square bolt that could possibly get in the way of the shaft loose too. I have the set screw loosened in the collar but when I yank on the nose the small gears just knock against their bracke...

I think they only made them for a couple years. That's why parts are hard to get. I think that's the one where the hub is independant of the mainshaft. The hub runs on it's own bearings? It very much is. I think finding one for this mill is going to be pretty difficult. Might have better luck building one to be honest.
