Well I spent 2 hours using wood wedges behind the cross bar and using a hardwood block to tapped against the back side of the cross bar. Also lots of penetrating oil. Well, stupid me, tapped one time too many and the cross bar flew off, landed on my concrete floor and broke. Not sure if that part, #...

I recently took down my 40' tower with an 8' #12 annu-oiled Dempster head and would like to get it working again. I've started disassembling the head but it is frozen up and I can't proceed any further without concerns I'll break something. I've tried using penetrating oil with no success. Would soa...
