I do not have the prop or controller but do have the stub tower.

I don’t see the prop, stub tower or controller. All things I probably have. It does appear to be NOS so I’m hoping you make it a display piece. I bought this Wincharger on a whim to explore alternative means of power. However I really don’t know what I have or what I am missing.
Are there any manuals available and is there places for sourcing the needed parts?

New to this and wondering if you can tell me what I have and what I am missing.
