I will tell you something that will make your life easier on the next one. The nuts go on the outside of the tower. That way the bolt ends don't run into each other. That is all.

Keep in mind if you are going to post photos of windmills on this site that are really good photos and may possibly be used in this calendar, you will want to load the photo with water marks so that they cannot be easily copied and used on another web site. Just saying.

I'm lost here. What are furl rods and fan lowered mean? The 'fan lowered' is that the whole head? What's 'furl rods"? Sorry. Long day today. You know. Its that round thing with them button things on the end that go up there on that roundy round thing that spins an pumps water or just looks goo...

Those are also the type of apparatus used to secure a tower to the bottom of a large wooden tank on a tower.
