Flint and Walling used what they call a staple bolt. Basically it is a square U bolt.

And also the letters STEEL around the star.

The tail vane looks to be Flint & Walling Steel Star. The wheel section, I am not sure.

If you drill them, make sure you keep them straight. I went through that when I rebuilt mine. I was told by Pat Hunt, ( the Heller Aller master ), they will be tight, but you can drive them out.
