who made this winch ?

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

I have attached photos of a winch I found this week .
The mounting bracket fits a 60 degree angle tower leg. photo of winch on my 3 legged Samson / Stover / Idea tower.
are these scarce ? lots of them ? any one seen these ?

Looks like a Woodmanse item, but not positive. I have a bucket full for 4 legged towers, very few for 3 legged.

Looks just like my Flint and Walling winch. The angle is confusing but it does mount on a four leg tower with 90 degree angle.
