Gunner
Re: Gunner
Got I up and going a little over a year ago. Thanks for asking and thanks to all for the help from everyone. Maybe if the house projects let up I will dig out the Elgin Wonder A and give it a go.

Re: Gunner
really nice landscaping. I love landscaping. The A would be a nice project. I'm supposed to have one coming. I do have a New Elgin I need to tend to.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.
Re: Gunner
Thanks Windy on the landscaping. I haven’t open the Elgin up to see the internals and what condition they are in. I just filled it with transmission oil as to aid it coming apart when I get to it. Chuck at the Windmill Bed and Breakfast said it had wooden bearings in it and to use hard grain maple for the bearing. He had one on stub tower so I took some pictures.

Thanks Mike. That’s just me. I work for an electric company on the power lines and have access to bucket trucks. I live outside the small town of Sanger that’s North of Dallas.
