Wow Paul, the condition of the windmill is awesome. What is the back story on the Mast Foos? How, when did it get where it was? I am not going to be much help but am looking forward to following along.

The owner didn't know the back story. Her husband was an avid collector of things, and brought it home one day 30+ years ago. He passed 3 years ago, and she is now dealing with all of his stuff. She thought it was acquired from a local well/windmill service.
