20' Samson Pull-Out Device

Hello,
I'm looking for a pull-out device for my Samson. The current one installed is a newer boat winch.

Jake, the winch there is a real windmill winch. ( i forget the proper word...)

Yes sir I stole the picture from the person that has the open gear 20’ Samson. From what I’m reading the open gear and model S used the same pull out winch. The one on my mill looks like this

I have a shelf full of those. However, the problem is the length of the handle. Mine are all short for 6 and 8 ft mills. I'm sure the biggie has a longer handle for leverage. I bet that thing is not easy to furl!

need 6 rungs, 2 ladders, 3 rungs each, all 6 have rusted thru.
also need the "guts " for the pull-out winch, I have the housing but the rotating mechanism is missing.

Mike, let me get some pictures of what I believe are steps for you. Just want to make sure before sending some off.
I will also post a picture of what I have for a winch handle for ( 5 posts above) picture.
I will attempt measurements also for reference. Will try for tomorrow.

Did you ever find a large size pull out winch for your 20 footer ? I have one or maybe two around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find and take pictures if still interested...
